Stakeholder Analysis
When we define a stakeholder as anyone who is involved in a system or impacted by a system, we recognize that there is a broad range of stakeholders for a system and its architecture. We need to engage stakeholders throughout the architecture development for input, feedback, and concurrence. In this micro-course, stakeholders are explored including techniques for identification, analysis, and engagement.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of this micro-course, students will be able to:
- Understand the importance of stakeholders
- Define techniques to identify potential stakeholders
- Define techniques to analyze stakeholder groups and their concerns
- Define techniques to engage stakeholders to solicit input, feedback, and concurrence for the architecture products
